Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConnectWatch ("Service"), operated by GreenShare Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ConnectWatch is a SaaS infrastructure monitoring platform that performs synthetic checks (SSH, SFTP, filesystem, HTTPS, S3, webhook, and similar connectors) against environments you configure, and reports status, latency, security posture (e.g. TLS/SSH cipher strength), and related metrics.

3. Credentials You Provide

To monitor your infrastructure, you may provide credentials such as SSH private keys, passwords, or cloud access keys ("Connector Credentials"). You represent that you are authorized to provide such credentials and to permit ConnectWatch to connect to the associated systems for monitoring purposes only.

Connector Credentials are encrypted at rest using per-tenant AES-256-GCM encryption keys and are used solely to perform the monitoring checks you configure.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section, with notice where practicable.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the status page where possible. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenShare Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Retention

Probe results and audit logs are retained for 90 days by default and then automatically purged. Account and configuration data is retained for as long as your account is active.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
