Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in ConnectWatch. If something isn't working, contact us first — we'll fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days in a monthly plan
- Exception: if ConnectWatch experiences more than 72 hours of downtime in a billing month, we will credit you one month of service
Annual subscriptions
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked
- Pro-rata refund for unused months within 30 days of purchase
- No refund after 30 days
On-demand credits
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and can be used for any on-demand test.
- Exception: if a test fails due to a ConnectWatch bug (not a customer server issue), credits are automatically returned
- Credits are returned if a job is cancelled before it starts
Free trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
How to request a refund
Email billing@connectwatch.app with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund request
- Order or invoice number (from your receipt)
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension. We will work with you to resolve billing disputes fairly.
